In focused Sprint Pathways, frontline managers tackle real challenges, sharpen their people leadership skills, and gain the practical tools to stabilise operations and drive results today, while building the capacity to lead their teams into the future.

 

The First Line Manger Stackable Learning Journey combines 5 SPRINT Pathways with 2 Elective Sprint Pathways, enabling you to pick the pathways that matter most to your participants.

 

Each Sprint is a focused, deep-dive, synchronised to suit busy Front - Line Managers.

 

The Power of Me is a Certificate of Attendance.

Target Participants:

First Line Managers, Supervisors Team Leaders, and Junior
Managers with at least 1 year of management experience

  • operations and reducing failure and burnout on the Front - Line.
