Leadership Self-Reflection: Leaders must consider if they are hindering new ideas and solutions. Cultural Influence: Organisational culture plays a critical role in successful strategy implementation. Overcoming Fixed Mindsets: Shifting mindsets is vital for new strategies to thrive. Value of Wisdom: Wisdom is essential in the 'how' of implementation, as opposed to mere intelligence. Action vs. Execution: Knowing what to do and actually doing it are distinct challenges. Embracing Failure: Leaders should encourage experimentation and view failure as an investment in future success. Customer Value: Psychological safety is the highest value a leader can provide to customers. Commitment and Speed: Deliver on promises with speed and efficiency, focusing on the right actions.
