The core learning experience spans 7 months, offering a flexible and practical schedule designed for busy executives to participate fully without disrupting their professional responsibilities.


The programme includes insights and learning driven by global thought leaders, and an inspiring Fireside Chat with a distinguished C-Suite leader from Africa or South Africa's private or public sector, sharing their experiences in leading impactful transformation within their industries.

  • Executive Swop: Topics - “Strategic MindSHIFT for Leaders” and/or the “Leading an Antifragile Organisation” modules as they are Core Modules and there are comparative modules run by the top Schools globally – Business School in Dubai​

  • Optional Extra:  Immersive Travel out of country for 4 days (in Africa Recommended - Kenya)
