The experience

The 1 Week MDP: Leadership@HighAltitude is designed for organisations that need to strengthen leadership capability without removing managers from the business for extended periods.

This immersive 5-day journey helps leadership teams build the trust, self-awareness, sensemaking ability, and decision-making discipline needed to perform in uncertain, high-pressure environments.

Through neuroscience, EQ@HighAltitude, personal mastery, design thinking, systems thinking, customer centricity, and practical action planning, participants move beyond theory into applied leadership shift.

The result is a more aligned cohort of leaders who can think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and make better decisions for the business.

This intensive 1 week learning journey is designed for organisations that want to develop groups of managers or leaders from the same business, team, division, or leadership pipeline.

It is well suited to middle managers, emerging senior leaders, and high-potential leadership cohorts who need to improve trust, accountability, customer-centred thinking, and decision-making in complex organisational environments.

The 1 Week MDP can be tailored up to Senior Leader level, depending on the needs of the organisation.

The journey

Day 1: The Pinnacle of Trust. Leaders explore Brain Science and EQ@HighAltitude to understand trust, behaviour, emotional intelligence, and decision-making under pressure.

Day 2: The Elixir of Personal Mastery. Participants focus on Personal Mastery in a High Performing Team and Leadership through an Equine Lens to strengthen self-awareness, presence, and team trust.

Days 3 and 4: The Sensemaking Pod. Leaders use Design Thinking as an integrative systemic and decision-making tool, while exploring BANI context in a global VUCA environment and keeping the customer at the centre of decisions.

Day 5: Infusion Day with an SBI Learning Process Coach. Participants move from insight to implementation through Storytelling for Sensemaking, Clue_SBi immersion, and action planning for the workplace.

Journey Close Out: TALK@HighAltitude. Participants deliver a 3 to 5 minute TEDTalk-style reflection on their journey, lessons learned, and actions taken, followed by a certificate ceremony.

G_LAB

To harness the genius of the collective, the Genius Learning Laboratory, G_LAB: Learning Applied to Business, is facilitated by an SBI Learning Process Coach.

G_LAB 1 consolidates sensemaking from the programme and helps participants turn insight into practical action.

G_LAB 2 gives participants the opportunity to share the implementation of their actions and outcomes, closing the loop between learning, workplace application, and business impact.
