The programme has 15 learning days over a 6 month period and features First Line Manager Bootcamps which are structured for small groups in a simulated in-person or virtual environment, solving real business challenges.

First Line Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Junior Managers with at least 1 year of management experience.
